She's a handsome woman

Folk Skull Jumper, c/o French Connection UK
Vintage Leather Shorts, £18
Topman Grey Beanie, Ebay - £5
Alexander Wang Kirsten Tote lookalike, ebay - £32
Faux Jeffrey Campbell Spike Lita Lookalikes, c/o daisystreet
(yes, these are the BEST lookalikes ever!!!)

I absolutely love this skull jumper. It's so different to all the standard skull esque designs on tops and jumpers etc! It's very folky and has little mini mirrors on and is the perfect slouchy jumper. I wore this with leather shorts and tights as I've finally decided to face the fact it's pretty much winter now (boo!) and think that these two things are an A/W staple!

I also have a new beanie (oh no!) which hasn't left my head!
Sorry for the short post and my absense, I had another trip to London on Wednesday as I was filming for something hugely exciting and am going back Thursday! For someone that hates travelling it's abit of a nightmare really! I love it and hate it at the same time! I get to see the amazing Victoria though so I am actually looking forward to that :-)
Hope you've all had a lovely lazy sunday!

London Fashion Week SS13 2012 Street Style Fashion

All photos were taken on a nikon d3000 with a 50mm lense!

This is just a post with a few street style snaps and snippets from London Fashion Week and other out takes! I seriously had the best time at fashion week - sorry for going on about it, this is the last post, promise! :-)

Bianca from Bianca Allegra

Pixie Lott and her gorgeous model boyfriend at London Fashion Week :D

Leanne from Thunder & Threads

Laura from Forte for Fashion

Kate Nash at London Fashion Week! Saw her everywhere haha!

Tar from TarMarTales

Jodie from Be a Goddess

Lily from LLYMLRS & I

I also wanted to add that prior to attending, I didn't actually *know* how to attend and a few other bloggers were in the same boat as me! I think the rules are as long as you have had your blog for a year and get over 5,000 hits a month (not sure if this is all true but this is what the lady told me!) then you can get a exhibition pass :-) And even if you don't get a pass, you can still mill around Somerset House like I did! So if anyone was thinking of attending next year just do it, you will seriously love it and the atmosphere! :-)

Also - I will be posting soon about my new camera lense and info about it and my thoughts etc as you can probably tell, it is freakin amazing! And Hopefully an outfit post too. Sorry for being slightly MIA, still feeling a little out of it and have a bunch of new stuff for my store etc which obviously comes first! But have a few nice things I've worn recently for A/W soo hopefully I'll get that up!

Hope you are all well and thankyou all for such nice supportive tweets and comments about LFW and stuff and telling me where you've spotted me on the internet! I was so happy to see myself on topshops tumblr & cosmopolitans website! :-D Let me know if you see me pop up anywhere else too as that would make my day! Seriously - much love to you all, and all the lovely people I met!

My First Ever London Fashion Week - Day 4

Monday meant the last day of London Fashion Week for me, & although I was knackered, I was definitely going to miss it!

I was covering the day for River Island so to read what I got up to take a look here!

River Island Khaki Pu Sleeve Jacket, c/o River Island
River Island Leather Molly Jeggings, c/o River Island
Alexander Wang Kirsten Tote lookalike, ebay - £32
Faux Jeffrey Campbell Spike Lita Lookalikes, c/o daisystreet
(yes, these are the BEST lookalikes ever!!!)

Large circle sunglasses, ebay - £6.39
Black Knit Beanie, carboot - 50p

I also met the NICEST PERSON EVER! On the tube in camden on my way back from a meeting (I also saw Azealia Banks walking through Camden omg I died)! She was a reader of the blog (if it is you please please tweet me as I can't find you on twitter and I wanna say hey!) and she was honestly the most down to earth and bubby person, we had such a lovely chat and she told me how surprising I am in real life. I guess I didn't realise people thought I may be shy and demure cause of how I act on the blog (me and my blogger pouting doesn't help haha) but I am actually so so chatty and it was so nice to meet someone who reads my blog and actually be excited to meet me. So yeah - big shoutout to you babygirl for making my whole month! ;-)

I really love what River Island have got in store at the moment. James & I actually popped into the meadowhall store yesterday and I literally fell in love with their whole a/w collections! I'm not usually fussed about highstreet stores, but River Island were pleasantly surprising!

The outfit I am wearing pretty much epitomises A/W fashion for me (although it was SO hot on Monday it wasn't the most appropriate outfit haha!) and although everyone and their mum owns this jacket I still wanted it as a staple. The jeggings are amazing, they are super flattering and specially for someone who hates their legs, they didn't make me too self conscious! And I don't really like Jegeings but these are more like stretchy and tight jeans :-)

My final day at London Fashion Week was pretty stressful, but overall incredible! I'm going to do a post tomorrow on street style and my overall thoughts on London Fashion Week!
Hope you are all well and like my outfit! & Thrifty Thursdays will be going back to normal next week - just had to leave it for a couple of weeks due to fashion week taking over my life haha :-)

My First Ever London Fashion Week - Day 3

On day three it a little more relaxing as we had 1 show - and we headed off at the slightly later time of 2pm!

Outfit for day 3 -

Neon Beanie, Ebay - £6
Neon Perspex Envelope Clutch, Ebay - £13
Black Polo Crop, Ebay - £3.99
Slit maxi skirt & Belt, Hannahs
Faux Jeffrey Campbell Spike Lita Lookalikes, c/o daisystreet
(yes, these are the BEST lookalikes ever!!!)

I ended up running into so many amazing people.

At Somerset house it was again fairly mad - I saw Carrie who is always a treat to bump into and she snapped me for Cosmopolitan online! woooo!

I got to finally finally finally meet Zara from Mouldyfruit - who is the most refreshing and down to earth person you will ever meet. Such a babe! We had a really good natter about everything!

I also got to meet Leanne from Thunder and Threads who is also a very down to earth girly! I saw her on day 1 but was too scared to say hello haha, and so I said hi and we saw each other pretty much throughout the day! We headed to the bloggers lounge (again!) and chilled and chatted and just relaaaxed!
I then saw Michelle From Daisy butter in the suite who I FINALLY got to meet after all this time, and also spotted her later on at Danilo Gabrielli!

Hannah and I then went off to Somerset house to get some snaps of each other and I bumped into the lovely Lily, Gem and Jen! Always lovely to see them, and we all saw each other again back at the bloggers lounge and relaxed again!

I then headed off to Holborn to meet Sophie (the brains behind the wonderful Crown & Glory) and watched the Danilo Gabrielli show in which her pieces were featured in. They looked amazing, all romantical and elegant. So proud of Sophie, who if you meet in real life will understand when I saw how sweet she is!

Sorry for hardly any snaps I am just pure lazy and couldn't be bothered to get my camera out for all of the photos haha, but today was just meeting the best people and it was alot of fun! I only had one show but this was one of the most tiring days!

The highlight? A woman from Vogue Italia snapped me!
I nearly died and I'm sure they won't use it, but just to be asked was the most flattering thing. Wow!

My First Ever London Fashion Week - Day 2

My days are getting all mixed up - as I'm writing this on day 3, but will be live tomorrow on my official day four haha and it's only day two - madness! Sorry for not being so current with it I'm just abit awful really with everything as London is making me so tired. Living off pot noodles and free champagne at the moment and I can't quite think straight (and for people wondering - no that isn't ALL I've been eating haha It's just an exaggeration!)

My outfit for day 2 -

Neon Beanie, Ebay - £6
Neon Perspex Envelope Clutch, Ebay - £13
Studded Denim Jacket, Youwearfashion
White Lace Bustier, YouWearfashion (Vintage!)
Vintage Leather Shorts, Ebay - £17
Faux Jeffrey Campbell Spike Lita Lookalikes, c/o daisystreet
(yes, these are the BEST lookalikes ever!!!)

So day two way a relaxing day really, we went to Jasper Garvida which was incredible and I really really enjoyed it. I met an awesome guy in the queue and then got snapped by a guy for asos which was -ridiculously cool- and I couldn't help but do a little fangirling dance as I walked away! We then plodded off to Somerset house to chill which was what we did really!

It was full of just ultra cool people doing ultra cool things, and we headed to the Glam Media / Rimmel Lounge later on where they absolutely spoilt us with goodies and drinks and makeovers - which definitely made my day, so thank you so much guys seriously :-)

Although it doesn't seem like we did toooo much, it was still quite a busy day! I really liked my outfit for day two it is my favourite out of all of them! I street style snapped quite alot on this day and by the girls from topshop tumblr, who were so so nice and stopped for a chat and I nearly died when a guy took my photo and he was from Stockholm Streetsyle - madness! When Hannah was taking these photos of me at Somerset house about 7 other people joined in, it was the most surreal thing - you just don't know what to do! I was so happy that I got snapped by people whilst wearing my own YouWearFashion Denim jacket though - made me really proud that people liked it so much and were asking me about it all day.

Fashion week is sending me a little crazy!
Hope you are all well!
